This Vanilla Powder is the essence of Bourbon pure vanilla in an alcohol-free, powder base. (Not to be confused with vanilla powder made from dried ground vanilla beans.)
This Vanilla Powder is completely soluble in cold or warm liquids.
Vanilla powder can be used in dry mixes (including pancake, cake and bread mixes), in liquid or color-sensitive products (including icing and foam) and as a flavoring for drinks (including cola, chocolate drink and coffee).
You use it in the same quantities as vanilla extract.
Available in 50g, 150g, 600g and 7kg
